Prussia leaned back in his chair, and suddenly started to fall backwards. Quickly to try and balance himself out, he tried to get his foot to catch something. His foot caught the bottom of the table, hitting it quite hard, and causing it to start fall over the other way, as he hit the ground.

Prussia rolled over. "Owww...Mein awesome head..." he whined. "Vait, 'too'?"
"Oui, you're already paying for everything, aren't you?"
"Nein, zhis vas your idea, so you're paying."
"But it's in my city, so obviously me paying won't do anything."
"I don't got French money, so you should pay."
"Doesn't matter to me what kind of money it is."
"You're paying."
"Non. You are."
"Nein! You." Prussia righted his chair back up, while France idly pulled the table back up, setting his drink back down on it.
"Non. You."
"Nein! You."
"How about Antonio, hmm?" They both glance over at Spain.
